End Users shall: (a) use the Results for their own internal, individual, non-commercial use; (b) not use the Results for operation of a service bureau, time-sharing, call center or other similar purpose; (c) not resell or retransmit the Results or a derivation of the Results in any form; (d) not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Results or any portion of the Results; (e) not remove, obscure or alter the Auto Club's or its suppliers' product identification, copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary rights notices that may be included within the Results; and (f) indemnify, defend and hold the Auto Club and its licensors harmless from and against any liability, loss, injury (including injuries resulting in death), demand, action, cost, expense or claim of any fees (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or in connection with any use or possession of the Results.
The Auto Club hereby (a) disclaims all liability of the Auto Club and its suppliers for any damages or loss of any kind, whether special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from any use or possession of the Results and (b) disclaims all warranties of the Auto Club and its suppliers, whether express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, merchantable quality, effectiveness, completeness, accuracy, title and fitness for a particular purpose.

Personal Use Only. You agree to use this information together with the Auto Club's site/service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not for service-bureau, time-sharing or other similar purposes. Governing Law. The above terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Illinois, without giving effect to (i) its conflict of laws provisions, or (ii) the United Nations Convention for Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, which is explicitly excluded. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Illinois for any and all disputes, claims and actions arising from or in connection with the information provided to you hereunder.
